You have your own training plan?  That's fine.  We know that there are A LOT of good plans to choose from.  Our job is to help you take that training plan and make it work for you!

The BASIC GUIDANCE program consists of access to an ECo coach to help you organize the plan, modify the plan based on your schedule, help guide you as to when to back off, when to increase, and hold you accountable for your training. Like our own Endurance Company training programs, we insist that any 'training plan' compliment your life, not detract from it.  Therefore we will work with you to help your training plan be in your best interest - not only for athletic goals but also for overall health and well-being.  We offer BASIC GUIDANCE for triathletes, runners, and cyclists.  

There is also the Group Package option.  If you and some friends are all training for the same events, all of you can receive BASIC GUIDANCE at a discount! 

What do you get?

  • Contact with your coach via email and text; limited to once/week. Once/month phone call.
  • General race nutrition plan for major races
  • Race strategy plan for major races
  • TEAM ECo membership

How does it work?

  • Step 1: Get a training plan.  There are LOTS to choose from. Some are free, some cost a little money.  If you want help selecting one, let us know.

  • Step 2: We will schedule an initial consultation, to go over your athletic background, your goals, and look over the training plan you have. 

  • Step 3: We will begin by establishing your training zones with baseline testing and incorporate those zones into your training plan. 

  • Step 4: Continually upload your workouts into TrainingPeaks so we can analyze and keep track of your workload, progress, etc.  We communicate as much as you want to keep your training as optimal and consistent as possible.

What does it cost?

Triathletes (minimum 4-month commitment):

  • 1/2 Ironman and under:  $39 per month
  • Full Ironman: $59 per month

Single-Sport Athletes (minimum 4-month commitment): 

  • Cycling: $29 per month
  • Swimming: $29 per month
  • 1/2 Marathon and under: $29 per month
  • Full marathon and over: $39 per month


Do you have training partners or a group training for the same events?  If so, you all qualify for the discounted group rate!  2-6 people: triathletes: $19-$39 per month per person with a minimum 4-month commitment; single sport athletes: $19-29 per month per person with a minimum 4-month commitment.  If you have more than 6 people in your group, you can receive even greater discounts!  Contact Endurance Company for availability and details.
